A comprehensive PPI covers airframe and engine logs, full avionics check, structural inspection, interior condition assessment, and Airworthiness Directive compliance. We coordinate with an independent MRO of your choosing and review all findings before you commit.

No. We never charge the buyer a commission or advisory fee. Unlike brokers who represent both sides of a transaction, AYRAM works exclusively for you as the buyer — your interests are the only ones we serve. Our goal is to get you the right aircraft at the right price, not to close any particular deal.

Yes. We work with aviation lenders across multiple jurisdictions and can help evaluate financing vs. outright purchase, operating lease structures, and tax-efficient ownership vehicles (SPVs, trusts, AOCs). We do not sell financial products.

We validate asking prices against recent comparable transactions from JETNET, WINGX, and our own database. A written valuation memo is provided before any offer is made — our negotiation is built on documented market data, not estimates.

Our involvement continues post-delivery: operator handover documentation, initial crew coordination, insurance placement, and first maintenance event planning. For fleet buyers we also assist with CAMO setup and residual value monitoring.
